Who We Are

Our Mission

Our mission is to help individuals who are dealing with mental disorders and inform those who are trying to gain a better understanding of them.

What We Do

We provide resources such as guidance and support groups, as well as a website link to help high school students excel.

Why Are We Different?

We distinguish ourselves from others considering we are teens who are the most closest to relate with teens that are diagnosed with mental disorders.

What We Offer

Below is a brief description of what's included in Spero.

Illness Information

Spero provides information on the four main types of mental disorders, which are: depression, anorexia, anxiety, and bulimia.

Guidance

We believe it's important for people diagnosed with mental disorders to have guidance throughout their daily lives. Considering this matter, we provided tips and advice on how to keep a balance and positive day.

Help Center

Lastly, support groups are a way of individuals getting help if they are dealing with problems on their own. We believe it's important to have a support system in order to not make wrong decisions later on.
